About Badminton
In MPS Badminton, our main aim is for students to love and appreciate the sport, and to be able to acquire skills that will allow them to play with their friends and family members in their free time.
The students learn the basic skills and footwork of Badminton. Friendly matches are conducted internally to provide the students with the opportunity to apply what they learnt during CCA. With dedication, discipline, and a willingness to learn and adapt, students develop a resilient mindset through the CCA.

Weekly fun-filled matches
MPS Badminton combines structured physical training with character development to nurture well-rounded student-athletes. Training sessions include footwork drills, technical stroke practice, tactical gameplay, physical conditioning, and team-bonding activities that develop sportsmanship, resilience, and leadership. Students apply their learning through friendly matches, gaining valuable match experience, building confidence, and strengthening teamwork as they prepare progressively for competitive play while fostering a lifelong love for badminton.
Badminton National School Games (Senior & Junior Division)
Participating in the National School Games gave our students valuable opportunities to compete against stronger players from other schools. They showed resilience, teamwork, and sportsmanship by supporting one another and embracing constructive feedback. The experience inspired them to train harder, reflect on their performance, and strive for continuous improvement both on and off the court.
