About Scouts
MPS Scouts CCA aims to nurture the holistic development of Cub Scouts within an environment that fosters intellectual and physical growth, while also presenting challenges for them to overcome. Through active participation, Cub Scouts will learn valuable skills in self-management and peer support, providing them with practical leadership experience.

Founder's Day Carnival – Most Creative Booth
Marsiling Primary Cub Scouts were awarded the Most Creative Booth at the North Area Founder's Day Carnival 2026, competing against more than 18 Scout units. The Pack conceptualised and ran an interactive "Shinkansen Sushi Obstacle Relay", which creatively combined teamwork, coordination and problem-solving in a fun, Japanese-themed challenge. The booth attracted enthusiastic participation throughout the carnival and was recognised for its originality, creativity and engaging experience, earning the Pack the Most Creative Booth award.

Leadership Development
Selected Cub Scouts attended the North Area Cub Scout Leadership Course 2026, where they developed leadership, teamwork and communication skills through outdoor challenges and experiential learning. The camp equipped them with the confidence and skills to lead and serve their Pack effectively.

Junior Civil Defence Lionhearter Challenge
Marsiling Primary Cub Scouts achieved 1st Runner-Up at the Lionhearter Challenge 2026, demonstrating outstanding teamwork, problem-solving and emergency preparedness skills through a series of realistic challenge stations designed to test their ability to respond in emergency situations.The Pack also excelled in the Ready Bag Video Competition, where they produced a creative video promoting the importance of preparing an emergency readiness bag. Their engaging submission was recognised as one of the Top 10 entries, showcasing both their creativity and strong understanding of emergency preparedness.

ADIJI Chief Scout
On March 2, 2024, our Cub Scouts from P4 to P6 joined 4000 other scouts at Choa Chu Kang Stadium to welcome President Tharman Shamugaratnam as Chief Scout. Our Cub Scouts hosted an engaging educational booth where visitors learned how to fold various paper planes. The booth received a positive reception, making it a memorable occasion for our Cub Scouts.

Cub Scout Leadership Training Course
Our Cub Scouts took part in the Cub Scout Leadership Training Course 2024 held in Evergreen Primary School. The course focuses on developing social-emotional skills, leadership concepts, and activity planning through the Scouting Method and Experiential Learning methods.

Outdoor Cooking Competition
Our Cub Scouts participated in the 2023 Outdoor Cooking Competition held at Chongfu School. The primary aim of the event was to promote experiential learning and teamwork through cooking. Our Cub Scouts had the chance to showcase the skills they learned during our CCA sessions, resulting in them winning 2 Gold and 1 Silver awards. Good job, Cub Scouts!
